Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
1.Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original accessories, tags, and promotional gifts (if any).
2. Items that are damaged due to misuse or contain perfume odors or signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. If an item is received in poor condition, the customer must submit a return request within 24 hours of receipt, clearly stating the reason and uploading a clear image showing the issue.
4. If a promotional gift was included with the purchase, it must be returned along with the item when requesting a return or exchange.
5. Orders paid through installment payment methods cannot be returned or exchanged through stores.
6. Used, altered, or assembled items.
